I’ve used Ian a number of times and I’d highly recommend him. He’s always really helpful, turns jobs round quickly and is very reasonably priced. With his help, my old VHS tapes have been converted onto USB sticks so I now have my video memories, some going back over 30 years, in a format that’s easily read on any pc. Brilliant! Will definitely use again.

Ian was very quick to reply to my initial request for a copy of our wedding video, he arranged to do it the following day and had made a disc and usb within a couple of hours. Very friendly and reliable, especially considering I was nervous about the only copy becoming lost. But it was a stress free experience.
And it was very reasonably priced. We are 100% happy and would definitely use again.
Wedding anniversary tape
I would highly recommend this service . We decided at short notice to have a very old VHS tape of our wedding converted onto a DVD. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it later the same day! Very impressed. The DVD had the date of our wedding and it had also been put onto a memory stick! We were able to watch it that evening which bought back some lovely memories just in time for our 30th wedding anniversary. Definitely use this service again.
Picture perfect
Brilliant service from Parasol Video. They untangled an old 8mm tape and copied onto usb and cd for me – all within 24hrs. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Beautiful restoration
Ian was so helpful and has beautifully restored three treasured family photos dating from the early 1900’s. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took great care. Our photos will now be available to enjoy for generations to come.
Amazing Service
A very personal service, everything was carefully explained. I left my video with Parasol in the early afternoon and received a message that it was ready to collect later the same afternoon. It was wonderful to be reunited with my memories.

Excellent, super fast and great value service
Ian did an absolutely wonderful job digitising all our old cine films, DVD’s and video 8’s, so quickly and for an excellent and very fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend his services … I will be digging out more to take to him.
A great experience with excellent results reasonable cost and fast turnaround
A really fantastic service at a very competitive price. I found 4, 200ft reels of Super 8 film in my loft that my father shot over 50 years ago, I was worried about parting with a precious family archive but could not see what was on the film without doing just that. I found Parasol Video Productions on line and decided to put my trust in them. This Trust was not misplaced Ian copied the film to both DVD and Stick for me very quickly and the quality is amazing. I was so happy with the time to complete, the result and cost that I have decided to get some of my old VHS-C cassettes that I can no longer view. Parasol are a great company well worth the 5 stars I have given.
